This is the story of Joli & Chaco
who came to live in my house on 12/16/95.

Joli is a 2.5 year old Blue mink Tonkinese that I adopted because she was defective. See that small white triangle on her chest? Bad. Bad. Bad. Her kittens had it too. She could not be used for breeding any more. Out out damn spot.

Chaco is an 8 week old moster Tonkinese (they say he's "champagne", I say he's brown) that will take over the world in no time. Chaco is all boy. And all monkey. Hmm, maybe he is champagne, he's awfully bubbly

They are Tonks, you *know* I've been taking pictures all along, just haven't gotten them together in one place before.

It's now nine years later. I don't remember life without them, couldn't conceive of life without them.

2005 - the most recent
she's pointing that stupid thing at me again
Joli gumming grass as she does every morning. See that tooth? It's her only one.
-- I am queen, he is monkey --
I just love rolling on the concrete after she finishes making fun of my one beautiful tooth
-- She reads e-mail, I play --
-- She sits there, I get tied up --   (see more below)
-- I didn't do it, honestly! --

older pictures (more will be aded as time permits)

2002 - a new guitar comes   if she'd take that thing out of the box, I could move in.
of course I'm beautiful. Who cares about that hunk of wood
well if she insists on playing with that thing, who needs her?
2003
    what is that?
if she doesn't stop painting the house & leaving the house in one piece, I'm moving!
