*Breakfast and lunch for the Spring Assembly will be supplied by UCSD Catering. We will start with a continental breakfast, featuring an ample assortment of breakfast pastries, muffins, and mini bagels. Enjoy a wonderful new treat, a breakfast trifle, with layers of lowfat yogurt, lowfat granola, bananas, strawberries and seasonal berries in a large glass bowl. Of course we will have Starbucks coffee, hot tea and cocoa, and orange juice.
Our lunch will be a build-your-own sandwich buffet, including a green salad. Vegetarian palettes will enjoy a vegetarian enhancer, featuring guacamole, vegan hummus, fresh grilled vegetables, sliced cucumbers and sprouts. An assortment of beverages and desserts (cookies and brownies) will round out our lunch selections.
