Subject: Comments anyone?

I am looking for a report that states the Hanchongnyon has issued a
statement condeming the alleged infiltration. I cannot find it anywhere on
the Internet nor in any of the newpapers I have access to. If true, this is
an interesting development. Has anyone else seen this? If true, what does
this mean?

Also, I saw a Korea Herald editorial which took to task a statement made by
US Secretary of State Christopher which urged "all sides" in essence to take
prudent actions in reaction to this incident. What the editorial took
exception to was that the US administration by this statement was lumping
North and South Korea together. The State Department in an effort to retract
the statement said that the statement was directed more at the North.
However, it was too late; the damage had been done. Any comments, anyone?
