Another thought:

US authorities are also refraining from making any judgments on this 
incident until "complete picture of what happened" is assessed.
We should do that too since SK authorities are basing their conjectures 
and theories solely on testimonies of Lee Kwang Soo, the captured NK 
agent, who talked after few bottles of soju (since when alcohol was 
used instead of torture to get information out of espionage agent?). SK 
interrogators admit that they cannot confirm Lee's testimonies. 
Normally captured espionage agents on military mission are executed. 
But perhaps Lee will follow the fate of Kim SHin Jo, the sole survivor 
of the 1968 "Commando Raid in CHunghwadae(Blue House)" who was spared 
life and who eventually became a born-again Christian minister.
