Moogoonghwa List is a mailing list run by the Korea-Pacific Program at the University of California at San Diego's Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies. The objective of the list is to facilitate the exchange of information and viewpoints on Korean politics and economy. This includes North and South Korean domestic politics/economy, North-South relations, and the Koreas' political and economic relations with the rest of the world. Since this is a an unmoderated list, we ask that you help us maintain a high signal-noise ratio by observing the following guidelines.
