3 -- Nancy Koller will write Annual Report for 1997-98 activities of consortia

4 --All members will notify the listserv of new website creations for which Elliot will then create links to consortia web page

5 -- Elliot will take over custodial functions of listserv from Jane.

6-- Nancy Kushigian will create an addendum to the CDL Women's Studies Survey addressing possible digitizing projects

7 -- Beth will address consortia's concerns about vocabulary lists with Brian Warling and other appropriate CDL personnel

8 -- Phoebe and Ronnie be in charge of British history journal union lists -- major action to begin after Spring meeting

9 -- Joan will have suggestions and helpful observation for lists in #8 based on her experience with women's studies lists

10 -- Phoebe will create a FYI list of microforms either purchased or intent-to-purchase by each campus (with necessary information from campuses)

11 -- Specific titles of major microform sets for systemwide purchase should be ready for Spring meeting -- All members

12 -- Jacquelyn will write letters to all presses in California Feminist Press Project on the subject of archiving their press materials with the appropriate UC Special Collections Department

13 -- All questions concerning any aspect of the Calif. Fem. Press Project should be referred to Jacquelyn -- All members

14 -- Beth will write a letter to Judith concerning the CDC Liaison position

15-- Beth will write Bev a letter concerning creation of consortia chairs
