Two databases (one for books, one for journal literature) from the USDA National Agriculture Library, covering plant and animal sciences related to agriculture.

> Arabidopsis thaliana Database

> Botanical Society of America Image Collection
Database of approximately 800 images available for instructional use, gathered into 14 thematic collections. 35mm slides of the images are available from the Society as well.

> Dendrome
A collection of genome databases for various model plants including Arabidopsis, Chlamydomonas,, Maize, Soy, Forest trees, and others. From the USDA.

> Index to American Botanical Literature
Produced by the New York Botanical Garden, which also offers a number of other searchable databases. Covers various aspects of extant and fossil American plants and fungi, including systematics and floristics, morphology, and ecology, as well as economic botany and general botany.
